Welcome to Station Number Five, the last station for this presentation. Here we will be discussing to you other ongoing and future developments of Casa Verde de Lipa. In front of you, is Casa Verde de Lipa Pitch or more commonly known as CVL Pitch. It is a 45 x 90 meter football pitch which is currently used by Lipa Football, a local football club here in Lipa City. Here, football clinics and open plays are being held and organized by the club every Saturday and Sunday. Further, completed developments include two pickle ball courts, BMX trail, mini golf, camping site, frisbee area, picnic area, and general jogging and walking path. To give back to the local community of Lipa City and the nearby barangays and municipalities, we want to share Casa Verde de Lipa by utilizing its land as an avenue to develop sports awareness, interaction, and discipline amongst the youth and adults.

Beyond the creek, is eight (8) hectares of land that is part of a future development plan. You do have an undisturbed view of a portion of Mount Malepunyo Mountain Range. There, we plan to build larger cuts of homes with a lot area that will range between four hundred to six hundred square meters (400-600 sqm), and further back will be farm lots with a lot area that will range between one thousand to two thousand square meters (1,000 to 2,000 sqm).
