Welcome to Station Number Four of Five. Here we will be sharing with you Phase Three of Casa Verde de Lipa.
Phase Three will have a total of seventy three (73) townhouse units which will be subdivided into four blocks specifically Block 4, Block 5, Block 7B, and Block 8. The total area to be developed for Phase Three including its road network will be 13,746 square meters.

As you can see, on your right, there is a BMX Trail Facility which was completed last January 2024. The purpose of the BMX trail is to entice local bikers to frequently use and enjoy the facility. We plan on allowing bikers to bring their friends and family to enjoy the scenery or perhaps jog and walk around Casa Verde de Lipa through its oval jogging path.
We would also like to share that all roads to be constructed will be named after distinguished Filipino Artists. Road and Street name prospects include Manansala Drive, Malang-Santos Drive, Magsasay-Ho Drive, Olazo Street, Zobel Street, and Westendorp Street.
