Welcome to Station Number Two of Five, which is Phase One of Casa Verde de Lipa. We first would like to share that the main inspiration of this development came about from Architect Pablo Antonio, a Filipino National Artist for Architecture. Architect Antonio spearheaded a townhouse development in Metro Manila with an objective of improving modern Filipino architecture through integration of generous, practical, and functional design features. This townhouse development was built more than three (3) decades ago, and its market value had grown eighteen times over, an impressive result for the homeowners that kept their townhouse unit.
Casa Verde de Lipa will be a high-end townhouse development that will cater and focus on local and growing families residing in Batangas Province and to families looking for a prime real estate investment outside of Metro Manila.
For Phase One, we had subdivided this into two blocks. On your right is Phase One-Block One. Here, twelve (12) townhouse units will be constructed. On your left is Phase One- Block Two. Here, fourteen (14) townhouse units will be constructed. Phase One will have a total of twenty six (26) townhouse units to be constructed. The main road of Phase One will be twelve (12) meters wide.
Casa Verde De Lipa is a three (3) storey townhouse development with three (3) options available.
Option One of Casa Verde de Lipa will have a lot area of one hundred thirty square meters (130 sqm), a total floor area of two hundred five square meters (205 sqm), a spacious three car garage, 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 T&B, and maids room with toilet and bath.
Option Two of Casa Verde de Lipa will have a lot area of one hundred thirty square meters (130 sqm), a total floor area of two hundred twenty five square meters (225 sqm), a spacious three car garage, 4 bedrooms, one family room, 3-1/2 T&B, and maids rook with toilet and bath.
Option Three of Casa Verde de Lipa will have the same details as option 2 but with provision for an elevator. For option three, we had included an elevator as we had observed from other residential projects that having an elevator installed has become a necessity rather than a luxury. This option is very practical and convenient for older clients and for younger clients that see themselves retiring in Casa Verde de Lipa.
Here in Phase One, MJK Properties OPC will be constructing two (2) model unit options. Both options will have the same exterior finishes, design, and specifications (paint, windows, roof, garage area) so as to maintain the uniformity of Casa Verde de Lipa.
